LFRO means Limited Function Referral Office. At Realty, Inc., our Referral (OS) plan is for agents whose authorized work is making referrals. Apartment Locator (OS) is a separate plan for approved apartment locating and referrals.
You can refer them to a Realty Texas agent in Texas, or arrange an approved referral to a brokerage outside Texas. To represent a buyer or seller yourself, first complete an approved transfer to Realty Texas and receive authorization to transact.
Realty, Inc. does not require REALTOR® membership or an MLS subscription for these plans. A real estate license and REALTOR® membership are different things. Realty Texas has its own membership and service requirements.
